Student Success Hosts Mentor Coffee Events and Real Time Workshops

The department’s events connected students with advisors and mentors for guided practice and meaningful engagement.

The Student Success and Bar Preparation Department shares the following update.

This spring, the department hosted several Mentor Coffee events, bringing together students, mentors, and academic advisors across campuses. Thank you to all students who participated. These gatherings fostered meaningful conversations and connections within our community.

We extend special appreciation to our onsite mentors and academic advisors for their continued dedication, care, and support. Their contributions are essential to student success.

Pictured are moments from the Ventura Mentor Coffee events on March 2 and April 6, as well as the Santa Barbara gathering held during a Saturday “Real Time” Mentor Workshop on March 21. Throughout the semester, Real Time workshops have been offered at each onsite campus, providing students with opportunities to practice essay and multiple-choice questions under the guidance of academic advisors and mentors.
