Campus Life
Students enrolled at the Colleges of Law are very busy people, and the energy on campus reflects their determination to successfully juggle many commitments—including work, family, and community ties. They form a diverse group, evenly balanced in gender and representing a wide range of backgrounds in terms of ethnicity, life histories, and work experiences.
Our students come together in a campus environment that emphasizes collegiality over competition because—as individuals united by a strong desire to study law—they recognize that the ability to work collaboratively is highly valued in the legal profession. The hour before class is prime time for students to gather in the lounges and classrooms for study sessions, meetings, and events, but on weekdays and weekends quiet study space is plentiful in the Libraries/Computer Centers and elsewhere.
Students have access to academic support and other student services, all flexibly tailored to meet the needs of working adults.
